1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hudsonly AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hudsonly AI provides a REST API gateway for AI services including text-to-speech and avatar video generation. The Service operates on a credit-based usage model.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive 50 free credits upon registration.
  • Additional credits may be purchased through the available credit packs.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
  • Each API call consumes credits based on the service used.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their consent.
  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harass.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying models or algorithms.

6. Rate Limits

API usage is subject to per-service rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary request throttling. Rate limit details are provided via API response headers and the rate-limits endpoint.

7. Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (text, images, audio, video).
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Generated outputs are owned by you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudsonly AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
